My Daddy is a Sailor

This book is amazing! It’s beautifully illustrated and has a lovely dedication for all the sailors lost recently.

This book is beyond perfect. My husband is currently deployed, we have a 1 year old little girl, and I was looking for a book that’d help with daddy being away, and this is it. I cried reading it to her and would recommend it to anyone that had a daddy in the Navy! Thank you so much for writing such an amazing book:)

Thank you so much for this book. My husband was one of the survivors of the C-2A accident. It was nice to see the lives of the sailors lost that day and in the other incidents that year honored in your book. This will be our go to book when he goes underway again.

This book is perfection! Our daughter is 2 and a half and it’s so difficult to explain to her why daddy is gone so often. The pictures are adorable and the text is enticing to young children. By making it a fun story adventure, our girl has more of a grasp on what is happening. It’s especially cute that she has started saying Ahoy around the house!
